Earners of this badge have attended and participated in a introduction to creating surveys. Participants create accounts and view the variety of question types available. Demonstrations of smart logic formatting, activation and distribution of surveys is also included.

Attend a 60 minute workshop demonstrating the basics steps in creating an account and creating surveys in Qualtrics.

Create an account by logging into Qualtrics.

Create a survey including three questions selected from the variety of question types.

View demonstration of how to activate and distribute surveys.
