Participants (whether it is their first year supervising student employees or not) will receive an orientation or refresher and assistance as they prepare for employing and supervising student workers. This session will cover the resources available to student employee supervisors, as well as compliance reminders, and important dates and deadlines.

Prospective, first-time, and experienced student supervisors of both federally-funded work-study students and institutionally-funded student workers received training in the following areas of student employment: Tips; Funding; Recruiting Process; Compliance; Student Employee Expectations; Time and Attendance; Grievance and Termination; Appreciation and Awards; Resources.
