Earning Criteria

Membership in the Scholars Academy, extended to incoming students with a strong academic record.
Successful completion of the Finding Your Inner Leader seminar course.
Participate in numerous group-based discussion activities where class material is applied and debriefed.
Apply the five modules of the Student Leadership Practices Inventory through two journal papers by outlining what they have done, what they have learned, and next steps for continued growth for each of the five modules.
