Thirty hours of study in the required education on prevention, early intervention, and treatment of problematic and disordered gambling for individuals and families. The program meets training and education criteria for International Gambling Counselor Certification, known as the ICGC-I. This program also provides three hours of ethics and one hour of suicide training through the lens of problem gambling, also known as the hidden addiction.

Participants who earn this achievement have completed this 18-module, self-paced course that delivers lessons through lectures, videos, and experiential assignments and activities and is prepared to further their knowledge through their ICGC-I Certification. They have passed 18 quizzes at the end of each module designed to test their knowledge in these areas of practice. Additionally, they have completed 8 activities and up to 15 assignments as part of this micro credential program.
