Earners of this designation have attended a three-hour workshop designed to enhance organizational performance through leadership, team building, and management skills development. Through this interactive workshop, participants were able to develop a better understanding of developing high performance teams, establishing accountability, effective communication, emotional intelligence, and the cultivation of successful leadership habits.
