Earners of this designation have participated in activities that demonstrated the ability to put into practice the fundamental tools of successful project management, using real-world case studies, in a hands-on environment. As the USF program progresses, earners are able to fine-tune their project management skills and learn to step beyond project management - into a leadership role.
