This badge is provided when participants complete a refresher training course for individuals already trained as HAZWOPER General Site Workers or First Responders. It is required within one year of initial training and annually thereafter. Topics covered include hazardous materials, recognition, individual roles, site security, and regulations. The badge satisfies the annual refresher training requirements of Title 29 CFR Part 1910.120(e&q).
