Earners learned the basics of construction management including project management, supervision, planning, financial management, industry best practices and the managerial and legal aspects of construction contract administration. Foundational contract relationship terminology, based upon the industry standard document formats of the American Institute of Architects, and the basic concepts of construction contract law and the rules of interpretation were also presented.
