Earners have the training to present the 4-hour Flagger Training course to employees. Earners will have not only the basic training in the fundamental concepts of work zone traffic control and flagging; but also in adult training techniques. Those interested in receiving training or training others as an escort flagger in accordance with Texas law and Chapter 22 of the Basic Peace Officer Course can use this microcredential to meet the new regulatory obligations.
