DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Certificate

This 2-day certificate program is for executives and leadership teams who have the initiative to advance diversity and inclusion efforts. The program covers core concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion, while providing insights into our own biases and the impact of unconscious bias. Through collaborative exercises, participants will learn to lead and drive culture change within their teams, and will be provided with tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.
