Ensure a minimum of 10 trainers complete the three core Train the Trainer Modules: Understanding Racism, Overcoming Implicit Bias, and Unpacking Privilege. Successfully engage in the live instructional hours and self-paced online instruction for each module, as outlined in the training curriculum

Trainers must have a deep understanding of the difference between prejudice and racism, historical context, and the impact of racism on individuals and organizations. Apply the acquired skills to identify and address racism within the workplace and community contexts.
