Earning Criteria

• Ensure a minimum of 10 trainers complete the three core Train the Trainer Modules: Understanding Racism, Overcoming Implicit Bias, and Unpacking Privilege. Successfully engage in the live instructional hours and self-paced online instruction for each module, as outlined in the training curriculum
• Trainers must have a deep understanding of the difference between prejudice and racism, historical context, and the impact of racism on individuals and organizations. Apply the acquired skills to identify and address racism within the workplace and community contexts.
• Trainers must have a solid grasp of the science behind implicit bias, strategies for recognizing and addressing bias, and the ability to create inclusive environments.Demonstrate the application of implicit bias awareness techniques in training, policies, and practices.
• Trainers must exhibit proficiency in recognizing various forms of privilege, understanding historical context, and effectively utilizing privilege for positive change.Implement strategies to create inclusive spaces and promote equity within the organization and beyond
• Engage in a comprehensive Needs Assessment process to identify current anti-racism efforts and opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborate with Unscripted Consult to develop and implement a Progress Monitoring plan, tracking the implementation and impact of anti-racism training and initiatives over an 18-month period.
• Participate in the Evaluation phase, working with our Unscripted Consult to design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of anti-racism efforts and identify areas for continuous improvement.
