Upon successful completion of this course, participants will learn the foundations of adaptive leadership, and work with the core four principles to move toward being purposed focused and cognisant of different worldviews and ways of thinking. The course is purposely applied, and participants will take responsibility for applying adaptive leadership concepts and frameworks into their professional settings to make a difference to things that matter.

As an earner of this badge, you will complete 18-20hours of learning comprising self-paced online digital modules on the foundations of adaptive leadership, pre-work in advanced adaptive leadership skills and solidify your learning across 4 online or face-2-face workshops where you will work with your cohort to apply your learnings to an adaptive challenge within your organisation.
