Developing Effective Negotiation Skills

Individuals who complete this course have a comprehensive approach to negotiating and influencing that better captures the complexity of real-world negotiation and are equipped with more choice for how to improve results in both formal and informal negotiations. The participants are effective at influencing others, preventing unnecessary conflict, resolving immediate conflict, building effective working relationships, and identifying near and long-term opportunities to maximise value.
