Earning Criteria

Attend a 7-month program including 12-day immersive residential component.
Complete The Leadership Circle 360 survey and attend 2 x 1.5 hour individual coaching sessions including development planning.
Participate in peer-to-peer coaching and support.
Demonstrate on-the-job application of learnings through strategic project team work.
