The NSW Leadership Academy & UNSW AGSM's Aboriginal Career and Leadership Development Program (ACLDP) facilitates career and leadership development for high potential Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the NSW public sector who aspire to leadership roles. The program has a strong focus on the intersection between Aboriginal leadership and public sector leadership and equips you with the capabilities to be an effective people leader.

Earning Criteria

  • Attend the 5 conference days, across the three face-to-face workshops, facilitated and designed by the NSW Leadership Academy, in collaboration with the UNSW's AGSM Indigenous Programs Team.
  • Complete a solo or group project according to the parameters set by the NSW Leadership Academy, in collaboration with the UNSW's AGSM Indigenous Programs Team.
  • Use the learnings and frameworks of the ACLDP and apply them to your professional experience during the course of the program.
