SCHN Leading with Impact

Over the course of 5 modules with small group coaching and action learning projects with executive project sponsors, the course instils an evolving and growth mindset to enable participants to realise shared transformative and systemic change and address leadership gaps. The program prepares senior managers with the capabilities and perspectives to lead the organisation and become adaptive leaders in SCHN’s dynamic environment – now and in the future.

Earning Criteria

Participants have completed 5 face-to-face modules, small group module coaching and have worked on an action learning project with executive coaching over 9-months to embed the learning and strengthen the collective leadership of SCHN.
