Individuals who complete this course will gain a high level understanding of Design Thinking through relevant case studies in corporate and government. They will know how to conduct empathic interviews, being able to apply effective questioning and active listening. They will also be able to use creative brainstorming techniques to come up with “out of the box” ideas, gaining an understanding of why prototyping is important and how to prototype an idea.
