One of the main goals in Up to Us is to encourage students to sign the Up to Us Pledge in support of bipartisan solutions to the national debt. The awardees of this badge demonstrate a true commitment to action, as all Up to Us Pledges are delivered to the signer's local legislator. Out of 100 teams nationwide, the Top Pledge Earner badge is awarded to members of the top three teams with the most pledge signatures as a percentage of their total student body.
