Completed 100 hours of classroom instruction covering the fundamentals of user-experience and interface design, information architecture, design thinking, defining product requirements, information architecture, usability, accessibility, participatory design, discovery workshops, and task-based testing.

Completion of accessibility, empathy mapping, and user personas challenges that require the student to understand the perspective of the end-user of a product or service at a deep level.

Completion of journey mapping, user story generation, and flow diagramming challenges that require the student to document the specific interactions a user will experience and arrange those experiences within the context of the user's needs as determined by interviews and activities.
