Training Professionals Development Course
The course provide an overview of the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process: determining the state and needs of the learner, defining the end goal of instruction, and creating an effective intervention to assist in the transition. Subjects include: adult learning theory and the ADDIE ISD model, performance analysis, developing training objectives, incorporating activities and visual metaphors, and design evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of the instructional experience.
