Cybercrime Awareness and Digital Evidence Recognition and Collection is an 8-hour online course that teaches the importance of the digital footprint, how to recognize digital evidence, where it is located and how to collect it. This course will ensure first responders are cognizant of the multiple devices that may contain digital evidence, as well as the many locations, such as email, Internet Service Providers, and cloud storage providers.

Earning Criteria

Participants must complete the Cybercrime Awareness and Digital Evidence Recognition and Collection Training program consisting of eight modules. Each module consists of a lecture, readings, videos and a quiz.

Participants must complete a final examination ensuring student comprehension of course material.
