Earners of the Managing Remote Teams credential have learned key concepts by completing a number of hands-on activities and practicing each skill. They participated in a journey discussing and analyzing cultural challenges for remote engagement, such as isolation, productivity, morale and collaboration. They also focused on a discussion about creating a positive culture for remote workers.
