Earners of the Resilient Leadership Certificate, offered by the University of South Florida Muma College of Business M3 Center and Resilient Leadership Development, have gained insight and understanding of how to exercise leadership in a way that is powerful and transformative. The certificate was divided into four sections: Introduction to Resilient Leadership, Be a Step-Down Transformer, Distant Enough-Close Enough, and Navigating Emotional Systems.
