After completing this badge, Muma College of Business students are able to describe the Bellini Center badging program, how to leverage those opportunities to advance their career path planning, and begin engaging with employers through interactive workshops and events. Students will have completed a career assessment and learn about additional planning tools that can be used for career decision-making and direction.

Earning Criteria

Muma College of Business students who earn this badge must complete the four modules and associated assessments within the Fundamentals Badge course at the Bellini Center for Talent Development, comprising approximately four hours of instruction.
Assessments taken after each module ensures comprehension and proficiency of the material, with a grade of “B” or higher in each module required for qualification.
