The USF Sarasota-Manatee campus offered the USF Critical & Creative Design Thinking Workshop, Training Program. In this environment of accelerating change, increasing complexity, and bias in decision-making, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication continue to be the most in-demand skills for the workforce. During this workshop, earners were introduced to these important concepts and learned how to apply them to become more effective in decision-making.
