The earner can identify ESDT tickets, knows what kinds of software are available, can state the basic services and distinguish account types, and is able to add printers, edit and laminate tags and generally deploy and reconnect equipment. Additionally, the earner is capable of assisting with North Creek Event Center setups and Commons event setups.
