• Define the four mindsets
• State why the four mindsets will be important to an employer
• Give examples of when they have displayed these mindset qualities
• Identify a mindset quality that they can improve
• State how they will improve this quality
• Identify their skills, abilities, strengths and what they are interested in
• Identify potential job roles related to these skills, abilities, strengths and interests
• Choose the most appropriate job role
• Identify who to contact to find out information about the role they are applying for
• Give examples of appropriate speaking and listening skills they need to demonstrate during the interview
• Identify a problem they have encountered or may encounter in the place of work
• Identify a possible solution to the problem
• Identify sources of support to help solve the problem
• Students have been assessed and have achieved in excess of 80% to gain the accreditation
