Badge holder has completed the foundational curriculum for introducing partner sales professionals to Verint Knowledge Management Professional and passed an assessment with at least 80% success. The curriculum consists of online classes and videos that allow the partner sales professional to work their own pace, pause/resume and revisit topics.
