This badge is awarded to someone who has ordered their Motor Vehicle Record.  Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) state driving records, including all license classes.  This record provides information that may include, but not be limited to based on DMV Records such as:  Driving History, Moving Violations, Status of License, Endorsements/Restrictions, Issue and Expiration Dates, Address on File, and other DMV Violations, Suspensions, Citations, etc.
