Earning Criteria

  • Certified Culture Assessors have completed Culture Facilitation training and Culture Assessment training. The training focused on 5 overarching facets of assessing workplace culture: 1. Distinguishing symptoms from root causes; 2. Performing strategic source reviews; 3. Facilitating Culture Sessions; 4. Understanding and distinguishing different levels of culture health; and 5. Making connections between root causes and root solutions.
  • Certified Culture Assessors have passed a comprehensive 3-part exam that requires them to: write a formal culture assessment; distinguish symptomatic findings from root causes; and demonstrate a keen awareness of the multi-faceted aspects of assessing workplace culture.
