This course allows the student to continue their agile learning path while utilizing knowledge and tools to engage in team planning for achieving the client deliverable. This course focuses on steps and tools to aid in planning strategies with agile. Utilization of concepts such as Lean and Kanban are discussed as well as addressing the pitfalls to avoid in planning.
