Earning Criteria

Complete registration to participate in the Advanced Research Mentoring two-hour training session and three pre-workshop activities (develop a short mentoring philosophy, determine communication style through self assessment, identify learning goal).

Actively participate in the Advanced Research Mentoring session discussions, small groups, and activities.

Complete post-session assessment of understanding, reflection and mentoring action item brainstorming.
