Complete registration and pre workshop activities for three of the four workshops in the Advanced Research Mentoring Level 2 series, including Session One: Addressing Equity and Inclusion, and Session Four: Articulating your Mentoring Philosophy and Plan.

Actively participate in the Advanced Research Mentoring session discussions, small groups, and activities.

Contribute practical strategies to minimize the impact of bias, prejudice, and stereotypes in mentoring relationships group project.

Complete Mentor Self-Reflection and Action Plan.
