  • Apply to be accepted to participate in Diversity and Inclusion Facilitator Training.
  • Participants attend 16+ hours Diversity and Inclusion facilitator training over multiple days. Training sessions are centered around inclusive dialogue and cover topics such as: identity, deep listening, rapport-building, navigating tension and conflict, among other core facilitation skills.
