Apply to be accepted to participate in the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Certificate program.

Complete the noncredit certificate program consisting of 40 hours of course work. Courses are eight contact hours each and include four required courses and one specialty course. Required courses are: Fundamentals of Diversity and Inclusion; Implicit Bias and Microaggressions; Leading Diverse Teams; and Building an Inclusive Community. The specialty course consists of either Cultivating Inclusive Learning Environments; D&I in Healthcare; or Advancing Diversity and Equity in Corporate Settings.
