Earners have an understanding of the principles of the LEGO® Serious Play methodology, examples of how it can be used in their day-to-day work, and have engaged in a hands-on, live workshop where they tackle a relevant innovation challenge. They have participated in a series of individual and collaborative exercises, using LEGO® bricks to create models that express their thoughts, reflections, and ideas.
