Throughout the program, participants travel to five major regions in the state to learn about racial equity and garner first-hand accounts from community members and leaders about policy issues and trends in the geographical and cultural context. Alongside this, they examine how their individual styles and behaviors influence their leadership presence through several intensive assessments. Finally, participants further advance their voice through a written Op-Ed or Letter to the Editor.
