Participants read ten (10) pre-approved curated leadership books and then participate in ten (10) three-hour facilitated discussions with other health professionals for a total of 30 hours. The American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA) has pre-approved each Socratic Seminar leadership book selection for three (3) Class A CE Credits each.

Complete a learner assessment and program evaluation for each book.
Standards
The American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA) has pre-approved each Socratic Seminar (facilitated leadership book discussion) for three Class A Continuing Education (CE) credits. The AANA is the recognized approver of Class A CE credit by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
