Earners completed a 7 week cohort program with other individuals from across the university to create a community that supports bringing about a deeper culture of care at VCU. Participants have built connections and learned from one another by sharing collective wisdom and strategies to integrate more people-centered and transformative leadership principles into their work, classrooms, and personal lives.
