Earners are VCU students who completed academic coursework, the Family Mentorship Experience, clinical observations, a leadership project, and have participated in disability policy activities. They have clinical or work experience with or on behalf of children with developmental disabilities.

Complete 300 hours of clinical or work experience involving Childhood Neurodevelopmental Disabilities obtained as part of the trainee’s primary degree program or employment may account for up to 45 of the required 300 hours.
