Earning Criteria

Complete application once nominated by either the governor's office, legislative leaders, cabinet secretaries, or agency directors. Must be either a member of the governor's staff, a cabinet secretary, an agency head, or a deputy with an executive, legislative, judicial or independent agency who have responsibility for developing policies/options, or are directing a major program or administrative function in the organization, and possess interest in positive contributions to public service.

Complete this 10-day program split over two weeks along with a two hour orientation held virtually six weeks prior to the program.

Submit a group case study analysis at the end of the program and present at the state capital to all constituents.
