A leadership development program for first year Wabtec LEAD and STEP employees. Attendees learned and practiced skills in communication, trust & feedback, failure & resiliency, presentations, and storytelling. The program also included sessions grounded in Vision, Mission, and Values and encouraged participation in coaching circles, to foster deeper connections and provide attendees with opportunities to hear different perspectives.
