Earning Criteria

Human-centered leaders create a place of belonging, engage with emotional intelligence, learn continuously, and help each other grow. Earners of the Human-Centered Leadership Badge complete interactive coursework via LinkedIn Learning.
Upon completing the LinkedIn Learning Pathways for the Edward Jones Associate Leadership Behaviors, students will respond thoughtfully to a series of questions to assess their understanding and application of the leadership behaviors, in addition to completing a mock interview via My Interview Practice.
