Story of leadership. Earners created a reflective paper that considered their key learnings from the program in relation to their future development as a leader. The reflection formed their story of leadership at Wesley. The reflection focused on the earner's learnings, discoveries, conversations, and experiences within the Emerging Leaders Program.
