Earners of this badge explored the idea of moral purpose and considered its impact on the learning of both teachers and students. They developed an understanding of the importance of knowing their personal 'why'. Participants explored success, learning and impact: What do we mean by success and learning? They participated in how the use of evidence in education is utilised from a leadership point of view and was able to recognise the types of indicators that are used to track their impact.
