Earners of this badge explored the impact of motivation and trust on team cohesion and learnt how to engage in difficult conversations. They examined Lencioni's Dysfunctions of a team and the thirteen behaviours associated with high trust by Covey, when leading teams. Participants explored the importance of Collective Teacher Efficacy on collaboration, social capital, and teacher wellbeing. Earners were exposed to and reflected on the GROW model of coaching and coaching conversations.
