Work with a small team of other candidates to develop a solution to a real-world business problem facing Windstream today. Working together, you will analyze the problem, research potential solutions, determine cost factors for implementation, return on investment, and then propose your complete solution to Senior Leaders.

Candidates participated in monthly Enrichment activities, Employee Resource Group activities, and additional asynchronous learning activities and shared their learning experiences in ongoing team calls.
