Health Literacy Achievement badge holders have demonstrated ability in one of two key components of resource curation, evaluation or alignment, using Health Literacy resources. This badge holder has the foundational skills and awareness necessary to effectively leverage free and Open Education Resources (OER) to create health literacy learning opportunities.

Earning Criteria

Contribute to Health Literacy curation by either evaluating resources according to fixed criteria OR aligning learning activities to a subject-area framework.
Attend or watch recordings of all project meetings. Complete related group work. (Approx. 10 hours)
Demonstrate ability to exercise one of two components of curation: evaluation or alignment.
