Successful completion of the IDEAL 101 online course which includes activities to learn about, reflect, and plan for improving distance and blended learning for adult basic education learners. Topics include: Setting the Stage, Recruitment, Screening, Orientation, Instruction, Assessment, and Administration. Participants complete a site plan that outlines the program innovations they will pilot and then implement the plan.
