The purpose of this competition is to encourage and promote the culinary expertise of young Chefs by exposing them to a competitive environment with their peers. This competition will offer the opportunity for the Young Chefs to showcase their talent and creativity in an international arena. With a profound respect for the values and traditions of cuisine and fine dining, we encourages and support the training of young chefs worldwide through this competition.

Earning Criteria

The In Classroom Judges scoring will be mainly measured by three aspects: Hygiene, Work Preparation and Taste; while Online Judges scoring will be judged upon two dimensions: Presentation and Recipe. After two rounds of scoring, the contestants will be awarded digital badges, issued by Worldchefs, according to their scores. 100 will be awarded with Gold with Distinction, 90-99 will be awarded with Gold Medal, 80-89 will be awarded with Silver Medal whereas 70-79 will be awarded with Bronze Medal
